FAQs

What is your return policy?

You have up to 15 days to return items purchased. You may opt for exchange or refund. Should the item no longer be available a refund will be issued.  The cost of return shipping will be deducted if an exchange is requested.

REFUNDS:

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES:  (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at

SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. (unless the item is defective)

Shipping costs are non-refundable. (unless the item is defective).
